Celebrating 30 years supporting advances in animal health and welfare

£186,000 Awarded to 31 Animal Welfare Charities in Spring 2026

June 17, 2026

At the Petplan Charitable Trust, supporting animal welfare is at the heart of everything we do. In March 2026, we awarded £186,000 in welfare grants to 31 charities, helping organisations across the UK and overseas continue their vital work caring for animals in need.

From rescue and rehoming programmes to veterinary equipment, kennel improvements, neutering initiatives and specialist care, these grants will help charities deliver practical improvements that directly benefit animal welfare. Every organisation we support is making a meaningful difference in the lives of animals, often with the help of dedicated volunteers and limited resources. We are proud to play a small part in helping these projects become a reality.
